Craig's coaching career began in 1994 with Lawrence Juniors. He then coached four seasons at Topeka Seaman High School in Topeka, the last three as Head Coach. He lead the Lady Vikings to multiple state tournaments and a 4th place finish at state in the very tough 5A classification. He was awarded Coach of the Year honors with Seaman in 1997. He also was Head Coach at Bishop Seabury Academy in Lawrence from 2003-2007. Craig ran a successful junior volleyball club from 2007 until this season, when he decided to join the Dynasty family.
Craig's vision is that the club experience should help young athletes prepare for high school volleyball and beyond. He believes that by training players on fundamentals at an early age, they will be optimally prepared to play volleyball at a high level for the years to come.
