During the 2015-2016 USAV season Andy will also be head coaching the 13 and 15 Black teams at Dynasty. Andy is entering his 25th consecutive year of volleyball experience with HOA as a player, club director, and coach. He has coached Junior Olympic Volleyball the past 8 seasons. In 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 (every year of Dynasty's existence) he led all his teams to top finishes in the HOA Region. His teams have finished top 5 in each of the last 17 USAV National Qualifiers played. He led the 2015 Dynasty 12 Black team to a National Championship victory in 12 National (the highest division), as well as many regional and national level tournament victories. He also led the 2015 Dynasty 14 Black team to a top 10 National finish in 14 Open (the highest division), as well as extensive regional and National level successes.

Most families approach club volleyball as a means to improve their player and her prospects to play at the varsity and college level. Andy's philosophy is simple: create a cohesive team environment where the individual puts the team first. The team elevates the individual to greatness... it's not the other way around. Teams, not individuals win games. Create a great team and a healthy competitive environment in which players can grow and gain confidence and great players will be produced. This concept transcends volleyball. Lessons learned on Andy's teams will hopefully prepare the player for future volleyball success, but also have direct application to a player's life long after the volleyball career ends.

Andy is CAP I, CAP II, and Beach IMPACT Certified
